Well the good news is, it’s not your fault! You see, we all have programmes running in our brains (the subconscious part), that may have worked for us in the past, but now need updating or deleting, just like the software on our computers. All behaviour is learnt and so this means it can also be unlearnt! We may be storing old limiting beliefs about our capabilities and worthiness. But just like we found that the world isn’t flat, these beliefs can be changed.
